Farzana Mursal Alizada
Farzana Mursal Alizada has been involved as a researcher in the Monitor since 2017. She is now conducting research on casualties and victim assistance. Most recently, Farzana worked as an advisor with the Afghan Landmine Survivor Organization (ALSO) to help empowering women with disabilities and mine survivors. Earlier she worked for the United Nations Mine Action Center for Afghanistan and the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, Martyrs and Disabilities of Afghanistan. Farzana also worked in areas of development, poverty reduction, and micro-credit with the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, FINCA, and Credit Union Bank in Afghanistan.
