In 2016, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg contributed €1.2 million (US$1.3 million)[1] to four affected countries, UN Mine Action Service (UNMAS), and Handicap International Luxembourg.

In 2012–2016, Luxembourg’s contributions to mine action totaled some €6 million ($7.5 million), with an annual contribution averaging €1.2 million ($1.5 million). In comparison, in the previous five-year period from 2006–2010, Luxembourg’s support to mine action amounted to €4.3 million ($6.1 million).[3]
