Stuart Casey-Maslen, an international lawyer specializing in the effects of conventional weaponry, works with Norwegian People’s Aid and has served as the Monitor’s mine action editor since 2005. Languages: English, French
Ms. Jacqueline Hansen
Hansen served on ICBL staff from 2000-2005, after which time she became the Monitor’s Program Manager, responsible for coordinating the research initiative. Language: English
Ms. Loren Persi
Persi is one of the Monitor’s casualties and victim assistance editors. He has been involved with the Monitor in a variety of capacities since 2003. Language: English
Mr. Yeshua Moser-Puangsuwan
Yeshua Moser-Puangsuwan has been involved with the Monitor since its inception in 1998, first as the researcher for Myanmar (Burma), and since 2005 as the research coordinator for non-state armed groups. He also conducts research on mine ban policy in the Asia-Pacific region. Language: English
Ms. Mary Wareham
Mary Wareham has served as senior advisor to the Human Rights Watch Arms Division since July 2008, and prior to that she worked for Human Rights Watch’s Arms Division from 1998-2006, coordinating the Monitor. She is one of the Monitor’s ban policy editors. Language: English
