Support for Mine Action
In 2017, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg contributed €1.3 million (US$1.4 million)[1] to two affected countries, the United Nations Mine Action Service (UNMAS), and the European Defense Agency.

In 2013–2017, Luxembourg’s contributions to mine action totaled nearly €6.5 million ($7.8 million), with an annual contribution averaging €1.3 million ($1.6 million). In comparison, in the previous five-year period from 2008–2012, Luxembourg’s support to mine action amounted to €4.6 million ($6.4 million).[3]
