Support for Mine Action

In 2022, Pakistan received a total of £696,303 (approximately US$861,396) in international mine action assistance from the United Kingdom (UK) for risk education and activities to counter the threat from improvised explosive devices (IEDs).[1]

Five-year support for mine action

In the five-year period from 2018–2022, international assistance to mine action in Pakistan has totaled approximately $1.9 million, with $0.5 million provided annually in 2020 and 2021. No international contributions were recorded in 2018–2019.[2]
