Support for Mine Action
In 2022, Slovakia contributed €25,000 (US$26,335) to mine action activities in Iraq through the United Nations Voluntary Trust Fund for Assistance in Mine Action (VTF).[1] In United States (US) dollar terms, this represented a 7% decrease from the $28,198 contributed in 2021.
Since 2019, Slovakia has contributed funds to Iraq via the United Nations Mine Action Service (UNMAS).[2]
